The Steps

  1. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat and add celery and onion and saute for 7 minutes.
  2. Stir celery mixture, ground beef, 1tbsp worcestershire, breadcrumbs, ketchup, greek, garlic and eggs in a large bowl.
  3. Form into 10x5 loaf and place on a lightly greased broiler rack and place over aluminum foil lined pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
  5. Stir remaining 1tbsp worcestershire, tomato sauce, tomato paste and 1tbsp of ketchup until blended.
  6. Pour mixture over meatloaf and bake 10-15 more minutes.
  7. Let stand 10 minutes before carving.
