Herb Roasted Chicken

- 1 chicken (1.5-1.75lb)
- 4tbsp butter, melted
- 1tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2tsp dried oregano
- 1/2tsp rosemary
- 1/2tsp sage
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1/4tsp pepper
The Steps
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Cut the chicken in half and arrange chicken skin side up on roasting pan
- Combine butter, lemon juice, oregano, rosemary, sage, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix well
- Brush the chicken with butter mixture
- Roast until juices run clear, about 20 minutes
- Broil 6 inches from heat for 3 minutes
