Crockpot Shredded Beef Sandwiches

- 3lb lean chuck roast
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 2 gloves of garlic
- 10.5oz can of tomato soup
- 1/4c brown sugar
- 2tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1tbst lemon juice
- 1tbst dijon mustard
- salt to taste
The Steps
- Trip fat from beef and quarter to spread out in crock pot
- Combine all ingredients and pour over beef
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours
- Drain juice into saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes
- While simmering sauce, shred beef for a pair of forks or potato masher
- Pour sauce back over shredded beef and serve.
Serve with hamburger buns or kaiser rolls
